Description
- This personal coaching program is design to help you to go deeper in your practice if you already have a practice and to set up a proper base if you are a beginner.
- The duration of the course is a minimum of 5 sessions ( in average one session every week or every 10 days) . In between each sessions, you will receve proper practices and meditations to go deeper and deeper and to ground your practice into daily life.
- Each session last aroud 1h30 to 2hour and a duration of around 2 month is recommended to create significant shift in the practice.
- Longer program is possible according to each situations.
- The program content is a mix of talks, guided practices, video and weekly follow up. The pillars are : Yoga, meditation, self inquiry but also teachings coming from Zen buddhism and Tantra Saivism.
